Main Features
All planetary cycloidal reducer rotating device can be divided into three parts:input part,deceleration part and output part.
1.High speed ratio and high efficiency single stage transmission, can achieve 1:87 deceleration ratio, efficiency in more than 90%, if the use of multi-stage transmission, deceleration ratio is greater.
2.Due to the compact structure and small volume, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis line, so that the model can get the smallest size.
3.The low cycloidal pin teeth with stable running noise have many meshing teeth, large overlap coefficient and the mechanism of mechanical balance, so that the vibration and noise are limited to a minimum degree.
4.Reliable use, long life because the main parts using high carbon chromium steel material, after quenching treatment (HRC58~62) to obtain high strength, and, part of the transmission contact using rolling friction, so long life.
